If you want to make a change, please contact us via email. 

The deadline to make a change is one month from the day the shipment is made, after this time we will not make changes

The shipping costs generated by the change are borne by the customer. (both outbound and inbound)

All garments are checked before being sent, the brand is not responsible for any damage that may occur due to the misuse of the garments, such as the use of stain removers, corrosive products, dryers, irons, etc. or cuts made when opening the packages, we recommend not using scissors, cutters, knives or the like to open the envelopes. 

We DO NOT accept returns only changes of size or model 

We DO NOT make changes or refunds on discounted garments
